How does website-management billing work?
Website management is $100 per month and billed automatically. The plan begins when your website launches, and there is no long-term contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your website-management plan at any time. We’ll work with you to provide or transfer your website, domain, and related business assets where supported. Any outstanding balance must be paid before a transfer is completed.
What counts as a minor update?
Minor updates include changing business hours, editing existing text, replacing photos, or making small changes to services and contact information. New pages, major redesigns, or new functionality may be quoted separately.
What happens if my site goes down?
Contact Handrail, and we’ll investigate the issue and work to restore your website as quickly as possible. Hosting, platform support, backups, and recovery options are included with your management plan.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included with your $100/month website management plan, so you don't need to purchase or manage them separately.
How are setup services billed?
Domain management, Google Workspace, and Google Business Profile services are priced separately based on what your business needs. Handrail will explain any one-time setup fees, license costs, renewals, or ongoing management charges before work begins.
Do I retain ownership of my domain and business accounts?
Yes. Your domain, business content, email accounts, Google Business Profile, and other business assets remain associated with your business. Handrail manages the technical side and maintains the administrative access needed to provide support.
