How does billing work?
Website management is $100 per month, billed automatically each month. There’s no long-term contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your management plan at any time. We’ll work with you to make sure you have what you need to transition your website and domain.
What counts as a minor update?
Minor updates include things like changing business hours, updating text, replacing photos, or making small changes to your services or contact information. Larger redesigns, new pages, or new functionality may be quoted separately.
What happens if my site goes down?
Contact Handrail and we’ll investigate the issue and work to get your website back online as quickly as possible.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included with your $100/month website management plan, so you don't need to purchase or manage them separately.
