How long does it take?
Most websites are designed and launched within 2–3 weeks once we have the content and information we need from you. Timing may vary depending on the project and how quickly feedback is provided.
Do I own my website?
Your business owns its domain, content, images, and other materials you provide. Handrail Digital manages the website and hosting while your management plan is active. If you decide to leave, we’ll work with you to transfer your domain and website where supported.
How many revisions do I get?
Your website includes up to two rounds of revisions before launch, giving you an opportunity to review the site and request changes.
What does the $600 cover?
The $600 one-time fee covers the design and launch of a professional website with up to 5 pages, mobile-responsive design, contact or quote forms, basic on-page SEO, domain connection, SSL setup, and up to two rounds of revisions.
Is the $100/month management plan required?
Yes. Handrail Digital is a managed website service. After your website launches, the $100/month plan covers hosting, security, backups, technical support, and minor website updates so you don't have to manage the technical side yourself.
